Step 2 — Complete the onboarding form

We’ll send a short form to capture your show details and goals.

  • Show name, description, categories
  • Target launch date and publishing cadence
  • Brand assets (logo/artwork), website URL, and any compliance notes

Artwork: Use a square, high‑resolution image and keep file size reasonable for fast loads. We can advise if you need help.

Step 3 — Kickoff call

Meet with your Concierge specialist to align on:

  • Success metrics and content strategy
  • Workflow (recording, editing, show notes, approvals)
  • Tech stack (PowerPress/WordPress, Free Blubrry Site, domains, integrations)

Invite stakeholders who will approve branding, copy, and publication timing.

Step 4 — Provide assets & access

We’ll request the items needed to set up and optimize your show:

  • Brand kit (artwork, colors, fonts)
  • Show description, host/guest bios, links
  • Optional: website/WordPress access, domain DNS (if we’re helping with site setup)

Share only necessary permissions and use secure methods for access. We’ll outline safe ways to grant credentials.

Step 5 — We set up your podcast

Your Concierge specialist will:

  • Configure hosting & your podcast RSS feed
  • Prepare or connect your website (PowerPress, Free Blubrry Site, or your existing site)
  • Set categories, tags, and default episode templates
  • Assist with directory submissions (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.)

Some directories require actions in your own accounts (e.g., verification). We’ll guide you through those one‑time steps.

Step 6 — Review & approvals

We’ll send previews of your show page, feed details, and a test episode if applicable. You’ll confirm:

  • Branding and show description
  • Episode formatting (titles, show notes, links)
  • Any ad markers or dynamic ad settings you plan to use

Step 7 — Launch

When everything looks good, we’ll coordinate your launch plan and publish. Expect initial propagation time across apps and directories.

Prepare your announcement copy, social posts, and newsletter blurb ahead of launch for maximum impact.

Step 8 — Ongoing support

After launch, Concierge can continue to help with workflow, quality checks, and optimization. We’ll also point you to analytics and best practices.

  • IAB‑certified Blubrry statistics & reporting
  • Publishing cadence and episode templates
  • Directory updates, feed changes, and growth tactics

Tips & Notes

  • Content ownership: Only publish content you own or are authorized to use.
  • Consistency wins: Keep episode titles and descriptions clear and structured for better discovery.
  • Backups: Keep master audio and artwork backed up; we’ll keep your feed healthy, too.

Common hiccups: Missing artwork or copy delays approvals; directory listings may require verification in your account; DNS/website access may be needed for site work.
