Grammar Girl’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Writing podcast is being honored as one of the top podcasts of 2006 by the iTunes directory.
Show host and creator Mignon Fogarty launched the podcast in July of this year and only recently became a part of the Blubrry community. Through word of mouth marketing Mignon has managed to build her show, which features short tips on proper use of grammar, into a powerhouse. Take a look at the right side of the podcast directory in the iTunes store and you’ll see Grammar Girl listed currently as one of the top 30 podcasts.
Mignon’s tale is an inspiring one. A single, dedicated podcaster can make a difference and be heard by combining an original idea with a lot of hard work. Congrats to Mignon and all the members of the Blubrry community who have worked hard to support the medium of podcasting in 2006.
