Last several weeks episodes we discussed the commercial real estate contract paragraphs 1 through 3.  Today we discuss paragraphs 4 though 6 which concern Third Party Financing, Loan assumptions, and Seller financing.

The contract to purchase a commercial property is similar to the contract to purchase a 1 - 4 family residential property, however commercial properties are more apt to be irregular with more snakes, landmines and grass fires.
