Memphis native and former NFL 1^st round pick Michael Oher is now retired from playing professional football and now raising his family in Middle Tennessee and working to help disadvantage kids through his Oher Foundation.  He shared part of his story earlier this year to young farmers at the Tennessee Young Leaders Conference in Franklin.
