Most people have heard of aromatherapy and have essential oils, diffusers and incense sticks dotted around the house, but most of us have no idea of the real power of these aromas we breathe in, pour in our bath water or rub on our skin to turn off the mighty mosquitoes.

And that is why learning from the Aromatherapy Alchemist and Change Maker herself, Mistress of Aromatherapy Allison Stillman is a joy to behold.

Allison and I share a love of the ocean, nature and making the world a better place for everyone. We also heal people through our very different healing modalities, Allison with her oils and the ancient art of anointing, me with the healing power of writing.
