The 4 Ways Humans Connect with Adam Dorsay

April 17, 2025

What does it really mean to feel connected—to yourself, to others, to your work, and to something greater?

In this special episode of the Love U Podcast, I sit down with psychologist and TED speaker Dr. Adam Dorsay to explore the science and soul of connection. We talk about friendship, loneliness, the commodification of modern dating, and the essential qualities that make romantic partnerships thrive. If you’ve ever felt like something’s missing—even if your life looks great on paper—this deep, heartfelt conversation will show you how to reconnect with what matters most.
