From horrid to happy. We owe this dog a chance to be loved, understood, and cared for. He was adopted from a rescue group called Ruff Tales Rescue, which works with high-kill shelters in the south to foster and find good homes for dogs who have had “ruff” starts. Apparently, they thought we could provide a good home for this fella, who clearly was in bad shape when the rescue found him. Well, we’re sure gonna try!
