The aftermath of the Frankfurt Marathon
The aftermath of anything has a certain stigma attached to it. it generally connoctates that something terrible just happened. well, in my case, it did. i ran with pain, cramps, and was lost in my head.

History has been made! Eliud Kipchoge broke 2!
I never thought I'd live to see this. History was made. Eliud Kipchoge did it! he broke the 2 hour Barrier. He was challenged to run the Ineos159challenge in the Vienna Marathon... and he completed it in 1:59:40!!! that is insane time! here more about how
Pain makes you stronger!
Sometimes pain is good and very good. When running, pushing through that pain barrier makes you stronger. Embrace it and push through that threshold. when you break that barrier once, you will find it easier and less painful next time.
