Bio:
Joe McAuliffe has a B.S. in kinesiology from California State University and a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. He is a C.S.C.S. *Emeritus (certified strength and conditioning specialist) by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been an active member since 1987. Joe has been competing in Drug Free Powerlifting since 1980. He has won 12 National Championships and 6 World titles, most recently in 2021. He holds the World Bench Press records in 2 classes (WDFPF, AAU) and he just won the National Bench Press title getting the Best Lifter for Masters in January. Joe is also in the NJ Strength and Power Hall of Fame and NJ Powerlifting Hall of Fame.
Joe has also coached thousands of athletes at many schools in the Jersey Shore Conference. He has expertise in more than 20 sports and his client list includes NFL stars like Indianapolis Colts Offensive Lineman Quenton Nelson along with other NFL, WNBA, MLB and Olympians. Joe is also very proud of his adult clients who succeed in the sport of life while overcoming injuries, illness and amazing adversity. Joe has often coached entire families to a healthy quality of life.
