Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on an individual’s thoughts and how those thoughts impact the person’s feelings and behaviors. In today’s PEP Talk I share a simple CBT distorted thinking pattern that can negatively impact your life because it feeds a sense of judgment which can lead to guilt and rebellion.
