How to make consuming mindful
How do you consume information? It’s a huge question! In this episode we talk about 1) being aware and 2) being more mindful about how/why/when we consume information including: news, social media, emails, texts and more. I’m not in opposition of information. All I am suggesting is to shine your awareness on your patterns. That’s the first step to change.
