What if you stop…
A few years ago I did my first Silent Retreat. I stopped talking for three days. It blew my mind. I couldn’t believe I had waited 40 plus years to stop talking for a few days. I started applying the idea of “stopping” to different behaviors. I’d ask myself questions. What if I stopped consuming news for three days? What if I stopped worrying about my kids? What if I stopped fixing, forcing, doubting? And the list goes on. This week, I will be encouraging you to experiment with this inquiry as well. Be your own experiment. It very well may change your life.
