Today we talk about how to fix your gut. Now, I only have 6 minutes to give you a high level overview of how to get started. But it’s better than living with an imbalanced gut (and brain fog and anxiety, and sadness and poor sleep, etc) When you rebalance your gut microbiome you also optimize your gut-brain connection. Some of these changes can happen quickly, some take more time. The point is to fix your gut because it’s where mental fitness begins.
