Happy Monday!
Bernadette and Junior are excited that were are now on FM in Southern California! How cool! We here at One Life Radio are so excited to get our information out there as much as we can. At the half we have Author and CEO of Mekanism, Jason Harris so stick around. First up, we have Resident Earth Mama Autumn Warren Connolly talking about Hypnosis. So let's get started!
Autumn Warren Connolly
Autumn Connolly lives in the sky islands of Arizona with her three kiddos and animal babies. She is the creator of Anvil Traditional Healing, a company dedicated to restoring microbiome health through diet. Follow Autumn on Instagram @AnvilTraditionalHealing. Autumn is a self-taught vegan chef, a serial gardener and an avid believer and teacher of the powers of meditation.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a human condition involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. Hypnotherapy versus Hypnosis is interesting. Hypnotherapy is using hypnosis to try and treat something. They are basically the same thing, but hypnotherapy is to get to a point or to treat. During hypnosis, a person has heightened focus and concentration. Hypnotized subjects are said to show an increased response to suggestions. Hypnosis usually begins with a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestion. Hypnotherapy is used more than one thinks. Now, it is being recognized medically as an aide to treat.

Autumn wants the listeners to know that hypnosis is real and can really help someone convince themselves for their own gain. Autumn uses hypnotherapy when she has "big ticket" items on her to-do list. She records her own voice saying whatever she needs to hear and plays it when she needs extra affirmation! Use whatever you need to help yourself get through tough times, even if it is your own voice. 2020 is almost over!

Advertising & Marketing Predictions for 2021
Jason Harris says 2020 was a dumpster fire. 2020 we all learned a lot about ourselves, and we were forced to be introspective. A shining part of 2020 was getting to spend extra time with family. Bernadette says that a good thing that came from 2020 was being able to take care of ourselves and practice self care and look at our health. Jason Harris calls 2020 the year for listening. On the business side, he says that businesses were forced to listen more to their customers. Advertising took some tweaking because of the toss up with the pandemic.

Bernadette gives kudos to Jason on his humor! Adding humor to business is a delicate balance. If you get anything wrong, you can upset the internet. At the start of the pandemic, COVID advertising was direct CEO's to consumers. Now, Jason says there's a need for fun. To laugh! Jason says that we can not downplay the virus, but we can try to add humor and lightness to it.
