One Hand Speaks

One-Handed Typing – OHS 129

October 16, 2019

A one-handed life means one-handed typing. Especially in the world we live in today. The inspiration for this podcast reflects my life using computers and doing a lot of one-handed typing. What deeply inspired the idea is how much my hand has been hurting this past two weeks. What I recently re-realized is how much of a physical strain typing on a standard keyboard is on my hand. I say this now because in my new I.T. position at work I am doing much more typing as communication than I have ever done in my entire life. What I find interesting is toll it is taking on my hand. I guess it is me paying a one-handed tax in a two-handed world.

Thanks for listening! I invite you to share this podcast, offer a comment or leave some feedback.

Show Notes:

One-handed typing in a two handed world and the pain in my hand.
I am now starting to feel the pain of typing on a standard keyboard.
Changes will need to be made soon.
