I have to be honest, this book is so full of wisdom, that I cannot possibly remember it all.  I want to desperately because every lesson in the book is something I want to live by too.  It took them years, even decades, to master their coaching.  In the end, it requires work.  And by the end of the book I found myself truly understanding I have a lot more work to do.
