It all starts with becoming more situationally aware.  Sadly in today’s society as we mostly look down at our phones, or cannot leave our phones alone, we have lost the capability and art of being able to look at our surroundings, understanding the situation, and remain calm and level-headed to have a plan of how we will proceed and move so that we can maintain an advantage in whatever situation we find ourselves in.

Encouraging us to choose our reactions, staying calm, having a plan, be less impulsive, grow our self-esteem, become more confident and set our boundaries.
