- Journal about specific, process-oriented things that you did to contribute to a great moment/performance that you can replicate in the future.
- Journal 1 thing that you learned that you can improve on in future moments.
- Write down 3 things that you are grateful for about your past (day, week, season, life).
- Journal about specific, process-oriented things that you did to contribute to a great moment/performance that you can replicate in the future.
- Learning from the past unlocks the keys to living in this present moment!
