It has increased my ability to remain calm, focused and better able to access the zone when I need it most and has improved my overall health andwellness. Professionally, from working with athletes, executives, students, people suffering from anxiety and trauma and people just looking to find a sense of peace and calm in their lives, I’ve seen first-hand the impact breathing has on a person’s life and overall performance.
