Current events and news can really damper your mood, making you feel helpless and overwhelmed… not leaving much in the energy tank for yourself and your training. But what if you still have training you want to do? how do you handle all of it when stress is high? Let’s talk about it, using the 4 questions I share to check-in with yourself.
