I spoke in a previous episode how the only two ways to make more money are to sell the same things to new people and to sell new things to the same people, with the latter options being the more viable choice. It’s Business 101 that it’s better to retain an old customer than to gain a new one, and that’s why creating repeat customers is the best thing you can do for your business. The way I see it, there are 3 integral components you need to master to keep your customers coming back over and over.
