You don’t need my permission, but I’ll give it to you anyways: you’re allowed to run your business however the hell you want. There are so many snake-oil salesmen out there telling you the “right” way to run your business, but the real “right” way is just doing what you like doing, in a way that aligns with your values. You don’t have to kill yourself just to win the game—you can opt out of any game entirely. Just do what *you* want to do.
