I’m a  huge believer in the idea that your business is built to serve you, so if it isn’t meeting your needs, what can be done to change that? It’s so important to put words to our feelings because having the right words leads to better communication, which leads to finding better solutions, and knowing the solutions means we can take action—and you already know it: action is *always* the answer.
