If you didn’t know, I like to choose a word to focus on at the beginning of the year, almost like an intention, to help guide my actions and keep me focused. For 2023, I chose “Create.” We’re a little over halfway through the year, so I figured now would be a great time to reflect on whether I’ve been sticking to my word, and whether you’ve been sticking to yours.
