The Karen Kenney Show
Knowing What's Yours
In today’s world, some people think that having a platform (like on social media) automatically means you must speak up about every situation that arises in the world.
Now sometimes, I do say something or share some sort of commentary because I feel called to speak, to take action, to show up and write something; or send money. At other times I don't, but it’s never because I don’t care.
The reality is, we’re not able to be everywhere, at all times, fighting every battle or speaking to every atrocity.
It’s for this reason that I choose to start each day by asking for Divine help.
The kind of guidance that comes from a Source way smarter than me. I ask for support to please direct me as to how to best use my mind, my mouth, my hands, my feet, my energy & resources, etc.
I ask for Inner Knowledge and the Awareness of Mind to know my Self and to know “what is mine” to say or do something about.
What I’ve discovered is that most people don't find it helpful, to get bum rushed by other humans who want you to hurry up and take a side or make a statement, or are trying to force you to have an opinion or an action plan about something that may or may not be yours to do something about.
Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about the societal pressure that many people face when it comes to the events, tragedies and abuse going on in the world. A pressure that no one else has the authority to assert or inflict and yet many feel it’s their place to seek, call others out and shame them.
There's a vibrational, energetic difference between being led from the inside versus being forced from the outside. I want you to be doing things out of Love and not out of fear. I want you to be doing and saying things because you feel called forth, rather than being pushed from behind by something outside of yourself.
I really want you to know yourself and to “Know What's Yours” and to leave the rest.
