Joe Foley is an award winning cinematographer who has been working in the industry for over two decades. He has shot eighteen feature films including Killing Time that premiered at Sundance and Dogs: The Rise and Fall of an All Girl Bookie Joint that premiered at Rotterdam. The last two features he completed (The Understudy and Brief Reunion) had successful runs in New York and Los Angeles and are currently available online.

In addition, Joe has shot music videos and concert films with Leonard Cohen and U2, Dinosaur Jr, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The National and many others. He has a BFA in Film from NYU, and an MFA in film from Columbia University, and he has gone on to share his experience by teaching filmmaking at NYU Singapore-Tisch Asia, Barnard College, SVA, Hunter College, The New School and the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
