Emma McQueen is a Melbourne-based executive, leadership and business coach, trained 15 years ago through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.  Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has 20+ years of experience in corporate and Not for Profit industries including 10 years in HR Director roles (so knows how to have a difficult conversation!)


She mainly works with women who want to up level within an organisation or who own their own business and she has the “emma club” which is the work she does with males within the leadership space.


Her first book was released in March 2020, GoGetter, her second book is due to be released in 2024. Emma has won multiple awards, most recently she came third in the B2B Service category with Ausmumpreneur and was a finalist for the Australian Women’s Small Business Awards for 2023.
