When you think about how flexible you were in the ‘past’, or how flexible you will be in the ‘future’ you are attempting to control the very source of all true movement.
Feeling the NOW is how you can be flexible. The now brings to you all possibilities available. It brings to you the truth about easy and flexible thought and movement.
