Workplace diversity and inclusion is a huge topic in society today and will only continue to get bigger. As sales leaders, it is incredibly important that we embrace diversity and be more consciously aware of any stereotypes or biases that may be impacting our decision making, both with our existing team, and especially when it comes to bringing on new talent.
