I love working with Sales Leaders who have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ). However, there are countless sales leaders across many different industries who are severely lacking in EQ, and it is having a detrimental impact on their team's performance and that of the business. Many argue that EQ is the real intelligence, and if we can improve our understanding of emotions and how to manage them positively, it can impact our communication, our performance, and certainly our leadership. As leaders, we must continue to build our EQ muscle.
