As a leader, what do you think is the greatest investment you can make? Is this something you have ever stopped to think about? In working with sales leaders and their teams, many expect others to invest in them, or for them, be it in workshops, courses, conferences or even mentoring. And yet, unfortunately, the return on that investment is seldom fully realised. As Eric Hoffer once said, 'In times of change, the learners will inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists'. As a leader, we owe it to ourselves & our people to be learners.
