One thing is certain in leadership - not everyone is going to agree with you and you will find yourself having to have a difficult conversation, whether it be with a team member, a peer, a Senior Leader or even a customer. The key with this is to not avoid the conversation, but rather, be prepared for the conversation, so that you can achieve hopefully a win-win outcome.
