As leaders, we are constantly faced with challenges and problems, and for many leaders, the temptation to go straight into 'solution mode' can be almost irresistible. However, this can often result in solutions to problems that do not exist, or in some cases, they create new problems. Our role as a leader is to get much better at clearly defining the problem, before we jump into solution mode.
