It was a privilege to run a leadership fundamentals workshop with a group of new and emerging leaders today, talking all things leadership, including delegation, expectation setting and productivity. By far the most popular topic was the the topic of feedback. It was the biggest challenge for the group, as well as being the biggest opportunity.
