It is very rare that we can learn great lessons when things are going well - when everything you touch turns to gold. The lessons come from experiencing challenges, having to face obstacles, dealing with pressure, both internally and externally. It is through these experiences that leadership is formed, that great leaders emerge, often diamonds in the rough. We must learn to embrace the pressure.
