This year has been extremely challenging for many people and unfortunately some have been gripped by fear, almost paralysing them. As leaders, we must find a way to break through and excel. We must demonstrate that we know the way, we can show the way, and we can go the way. This does not mean that we will not remove fear - it is that we recognise fear, and we move forward anyway.
