I'll share a past experience of running into days without an effective morning routine and tips to change that. Set the tone for your day by: Put on upbeat or calming music in the morning Read a passage of scripture or other inspirational material Spend 5-10 minutes in prayer or meditation Refresh yourself by: Doing a short workout, stretch, or going for a walk Taking a refreshing morning shower  Getting dressed for the day, even if working from home. Plan your daily tasks by: Reviewing your calendar and schedule in the morning Identifying your most important tasks and blocking time for them Scheduling in activities you enjoy, like a hobby or personal interest Learn something new by: Listening to a podcast, audiobook or TED talk Reading an article or chapter from a book Watching an educational video on a topic that interests you The key is to experiment and find a morning routine that works best for you and your lifestyle.
