Work ON Your Restaurant. Not IN Your Restaurant | Digital Hospitality + R365
If you could automate a task you hated, why wouldn’t you?
Restaurant owners didn’t get into the business to do accounting or other arduous tasks. So it’s good that Restaurant365 is here to help.
In this lively conversation at the National Restaurant Show, Shawn Walchef talks with members of the R365 Southeast US team about how Restaurant365 tools are helping restaurants thrive and focus on what they love to do most.
Did you make a restaurant so you could look at invoices all day? No. Let’s get you back doing the fun things that you want to do,” said R365 sales lead Julianne Gomez.
The Restaurant365 Southeast team (Monte Silva, Julianne Gomez, and Director of Sales Matt Joiner) shared a story about a restaurant that realized its hugely popular sandwich was eating away at their bottom line.
The sandwich cost way too much to make — with a margin of 70 percent food cost — but the restaurant operators didn’t realize that until they fired up an R365 report.
All it took was one report to save that restaurant lots of money. They were able to bring costs in-line for that sandwich to ensure they were actually making money on it.
“It was an a-ha moment for them,” said Restaurant365’s Matt Joiner.
Monte Silva used to work for a restaurant that faced the daunting, but necessary task, of doing weekly inventor for P&L statements. When they signed up for R365, he saw just how much of a difference the process was when using technology.
“I found that it was the best tool,” Monte said about using Restaurant365 at the restaurant.
The 2024 Restaurant Transformation Tour by R365 will make stops in Nashville from Aug. 11-13 and will head to Ft. Lauderdale on Nov. 7. GET TIX: https://rtt.restaurant365.com
