Banana oat pancakes; Gina’s Mom Win: Banana Oat Pancakes, mix in a bowl 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 cups old fashioned oats, 1 cup oat milk, 1.5 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt, then cook on a hot skillet like you would a pancake (about 3-5 minutes per side, you will know when they are ready to flip because they won’t fall apart).
