Feeling out of control around food can feel incredibly scary and uncomfortable. Often we blame ourselves; “I have no control! What’s wrong with me?!”. But feeling out of control doesn’t have to feel so isolating. Maybe there is a better way to feel better around food, and maybe it has little to do with control, and more about self-compassion and permission.
