Body Connection; What Is It and How Can We Improve It?
“We have an epidemic of body disconnection”. I can’t agree with this more. After talking with countless people in sessions day in and day out, I hear this, I see this, I know it to be true. I once fell into this trap of being completely disconnected from my body as I was so caught up in my thinking and self-judgments.
