In this Episode I share 5 lessons I learned from the longest run I have ever done to date.
They were:
1.) I’ve gotten better at ignoring that voice that says to stop…You can too!
2.) My/Your body is capable of so much more than i ever considered it to be
3.) People vastly underestimate the length of time it takes inside of consistency
4.) Having a target brings fuel to get started (motivation), discipline for that target is required to get there
5.) You will never be 100% in to doing what you need to…do it anyways
