The Word of God is the Logos (Jn 1:1-18) - a Person, not a book. Creation is a "book of God's words" brought forth through the wisdom and Person of the Logos. Now, in the spiritual new creation, the Logos gives Himself to us as "seed" and "food" in Scripture and Eucharist, which together are the "one table of the Lord" (CCC 103). Mary, created to be the Seat of Wisdom, shows us how to LOVE the Word so that the Logos is incarnated in us, and we can offer Him to the world with her in wielding the sword of the Spirit that defeats the enemy.
