Worship is healing, because when we worship according to God's prescription, it draws us into the closest possible contact and relationship with Christ, the Healer.
The "how" of worship in the Old Testament is essential for understanding the "how" of worship prophesied in the Messianic Temple in Ezekiel 44, worship as it was practiced in the early church and is practiced in the Catholic Church now, and the worship occurring in heaven that St. John reveals to us in Revelation.
