BLBW Ep 40: Is Your Identity Stopping You From Creating the Success You Desire?
Part 2 on the series called Becoming
Becoming is the theme of a deep coaching and play intensive, Camp StarHeart May 1-4, 2019
IDENTITY:
The definition of identity is who you are, the way you think about yourself, the way you are viewed by the world and the characteristics that define you. (Yourdictionary.com)
The fact of being who or what a person or thing is. (google dictionary)
Thinking creates our reality, thinking impacts how we feel and how we feel impacts the actions we take.
The brain defines our identity as fact. When I have defined my identity as who I am, the way I think about myself and the way I either choose to be or am viewed by the world, I have limited my ability to make changes that I want to make in my life.
The Identity glitch = the places where I have not yet reached specific goals, outcomes or ways of being. This is only because I have a thought about who I am, who I be and my brain is believing a fact that is out of alignment with that which I want to create
Check in and see what are your beliefs about who you are that are in conflict with that creation.
Don’t judge it, Just notice it.
New thoughts may not be in alignment with your old identity.
Who is the person you are today?
Can you think of an identity you once held that you no longer hold anymore?
Think about the person that your soul knows you are becoming.
The outer world things are the embodiment of the inner world.
