10:14 & 10:35pm: The 2nd hour tonight is all Embedded Correspondents All THE TIME! We start off in our usual way...answering a new round of "100% Assurity" questions. Then we will get to the heavy lifting! As you may (or may not) know, the list of 10 finalists for this year's BBQ HOF was released about 2 weeks ago. Tomorrow, the class of 2023 will be announced on The BBQ Central Show at 3pm Eastern. In advance of that, the EC's and I will review the list and come up with 4 people whom we feel will be put in tomorrow by those eligible to vote. THEN, each of us will reveal our own personal list of people we would like to see go in tomorrow using the same list of finalists.
