Beginning Your Health Journey

We find ourselves fired up to make changes - or even just getting started on making a shift in our health… in our wellness journey. AND…  It can be overwhelming - and even paralyzing to figure out how and what to do just to get started.  How to find the time to exercise, what activities to do, …   what to eat - what not to eat… on and on…  

It’s almost like trying to find that perfect lesson plan to engage our students in an active learning activity.  How much time do we spend on Google… on TeachersPayTeachers… or A-I …. All to find the absolute best way for our students to learn.  Sifting through tons of plans, projects, activities… some of which look great in the description… and are incomplete - or just crap - after you download or purchase the resource.  So frustrating to spend the time and money in order to weed through the volume of materials to find that one - valuable lesson for our kiddos.  Worth it ??  Absolutely.  Efficient or frustrating??  Perhaps

It is no different in starting and moving forward in our health journey… And… why my mission is to empower you.... by providing my personal strategies and resources and support for a balanced, fulfilling life.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you following my show - and for being here today. 

In my previous episodes I took a very deep and real dive into my various health struggles that jeopardized my health, my family and - even -  my life.  Again, I hope that none of you have, or will find yourself in the same shape that I was in.  

I want to encourage you… if you are experiencing even a small degree of struggle in your life I believe - I KNOW - that you can find hope in the midst of struggle and I KNOW that you can dig your way out. 

I hope that my story - and my continued health journey can give you that belief - That YOU CAN GET STARTED on YOUR  path forward in improving YOUR health and wellness.

Today I want to share with you several strategies - a start up plan - a map - for your journey.  Like any map or plan, we start where we are  - with a destination in mind.  Determining the destination would be a health goal… but how we arrive at our destination is determined by you… not by following a pre-set plan.
