Sorry I’m late on this one. Technical difficulties struck and postponed an episode release for the first time (and surely not the last time) in this podcast’s short history. Thank you for the patience as this episode is another fantastic piece with a guest who I’m immensely grateful to call a friend. Regina and I met probably 5 or 6 years ago now around when she released her previous book ‘What Is Consciousness’.

In today’s episode we talk about her latest book ‘My Darling; Memoirs of a Buddha Girl’ which is a real dive into her childhood trauma with a mentally unwell and abusive father and her journey healing from those early experiences.
