Week 1 Calorie Deficit
After having 3 months of limited exercise and a recent trip away possibly over indulging, I have started a calorie deficit myself this week. As someone who teaches and helps others how to get their body composition goals it is important for you to hear my experience on how I too sometimes use the same methodology myself.
