Severe Weather in the High Plains; Heavy Rain/Flood Concerns in Parts of the East - Isolated strong to severe storms are possible with the possibility of severe gusts and hail from Montana southward through the central High Plains and into portions of the Texas Panhandle. A stationary front may bring the threat of thunderstorms with localized damaging gusts, more heavy rain and flash flooding to the Carolinas and the Mid-Atlantic.
